Used 140#s :-) Left hand was borderline torn so it messed with my head on the bar muscle ups. Opened with 7 reps. Then went 5/2 or 4/3 the rest of the time. Got gouged on my leg by a j-cup. Hit this at 6am. Splits were 1:47, 2:10, 2:31, 2:37, 2:09.
