Used blue & red bands for the bar muscle ups...these were really hard, have not done these in awhile....shoulder held up but I felt it...shoulder to overhead were unbroken...did pushpresses for the first half then push jerked the rest so I wouldn't have to drop the bar....Jeremy told me about this awhile ago....runs were the runs....for the warm up...I'm back to doing 5 pull ups, I'm up to 16 push ups, toes to bar are not being strung together yet and I'm staying on 18 air squats....really focusing on locking out the knees at the top
