Notes

This was horrible!!!! Did this at 11AM so I could break up my workouts! Sumo deadlifts were the hardest part for me...that movement is just a weird movement for me....shoulder is feeling better but not 100% yet...I think the massage really helped. I have an appt with MOB next week and I'm going to test out pull ups again on Wednesday....this was one of those WODs that looks easier than it is...I was ready to quit by minute 7! Held on to the bar for the thrusters and cleans all the way through except for rounds 3& 4 where I was a baby and dropped it....first 2 rounds of sumo were off and sporadic....finally got into a rhythm and did 6/4...rested too much before starting the next round....this was tough!!!
