Giselle GamoFelt horrible doing this WOD! Was eating good all week, but did food and cake tasting yesterday for my wedding. Paid for it today. I felt sluggish and junky. On a positive note, my pull-ups are getting a lot easier to do. Push jerks and lunges felt comfortably heavy.
