Notes

Had planned on hitting 2 rope climbs on the 2nd minute but it didn't allow for as much rest as I wanted so I stuck with 1 after the first minute. Snatch felt incredible. Wasn't sure where to start but glad I started there. Every rep felt amazing. Went right from power snatch to the hang squat snatch. Most of the rounds I went right into the full snatch but as it got heavier and my grip was going I had to re-grip before. Hit 195 after and then hit 197.5 for the power snatch & hang squat snatch then missed the full snatch. Solid work. Building.
