Notes

Did 50%, 60%, and 70% of my max snatch, which is 130....so I did 65, 80, and 90....started with the high hang and then did a hang from above the knee....these were all squat snatches which did not feel good after the WOD....my legs were seriously trembling everytime I bent to get in my set up position...but I made it through and felt that I was making improvements on being explosive and speedy!
