This was brutal. 105 thrusters to start the day!! Thrusters were 14/7, 12/9, 11/5/5, 8/7/6, 8/7/6... Gripping the bar still hurts my RT palm, keep cracking open the rip... DU's were much better today :) Unbroken the 1st round, missed twice 2nd round, then 11/10 rounds 3-5. Took a good 5-8 seconds before each set to catch my breath... Didn't use wrist wraps, DU's feel better without them.
