Toes to bar slowed me down! Bar work was quick and unbroken....went straight from hang power cleans into shoulder to overhead....did push presses....felt quick and efficient...just didn't have my swing for the toes to bar today....first round was the best and I was able to string them together...lost it after that....glad to do these in a WOD though because this is what I need to work on!
