Soooo tired! I seriously woke up from a nap and came to the gym...probably not the best thing to do...I almost fell on my first run! This was my first time doing Rankel...last time I did it as a partner WOD (much easier) my runs were slow...my hammies were not feeling it....deadlifts were easy, burpee pull ups were ok just kept moving, kb swings got tiring but everything was unbroken...I think I'm awake now!
