Wanted to get 3 rounds but I'm happy with this. I kept moving the whole time. First round everything UB. Second round KB UB, Kneeups were 5/4. Last round KB 16/5. Burpees I just tried to keep moving the whole time. Lighter KB weight but more reps. Back feels better than the last time I did this WOD :) Yay.
