super fast WOD.. need to remember to open my hips and bend forward, keeping my chest up for the KB swings.. But glad I did rx'd weight! first round unbroken, 2nd and 3rd broke it up. burpees were slow and horrible ( and I thought I was gonna be better :\ )... need to practice T2B, so I did knees to chest for now. good WOD!
