Came in from the run at 3:15 and got right on the bar. Did the thrusters 20/10/10/10. Legs were fried from the front squat emom. Took too long to hop in the bar for pullups but when I did it was 25 unbroken butterflies. Finished with 5 kipping, man I wanted 30 unbroken. Pretty happy with over a minute pr. Been feeling a little buttery lately.
