Wanted sub 7:00 today but it just wasn't there. Wrong mindset going into this. "Im so sore, blah blah blah" Mindset is huge when working out, I think it plays a larger role when you are working out alone. Mindset is everything. 3:53 row. faster than last time. 35-15 on thrusters, gnarly burn in my left quad. 21-9 on Pull ups. Weenied out on those. Felt like my hand was potentially gonna rip so jumped down.
