Did this as an alternating EMOM. Odd minute - 1 squat snatch + 1 hang squat snatch. Even minute - 1 power snatch + 2 ohs. My shoulder was bothering me so I went light and just focused on technique. Happy with how it went considering. Feeling much much stronger. Looking forward to the build to Regionals.
