Was trying to keep up with Ethan on the running but legs just felt dead today. First WOD after two days rest because of hurt wrist. Wrist was a bit sore afterwards today but not in pain so that's good. T2B were pretty good. Never let go of the bar but on a few rounds I couldn't quite link that 7th rep. Fun WOD.
