Happy with this but I still have the issue with having quick elbows when the weight gets heavy...it's almost as if I don't believe I will catch it on my shoulders so I'm afraid to let go of the hook grip...it's very frustrating knowing that I can front squat way more than that but not being able to get my elbows up prevents me from catching it..and I know it's not a mobility issue, I just have to get my mind right....Jake has been working on this with me and I know he will help me get it together....getting better...but definitely room to improve! I feel good about this, I've never cleaned this much weight before!!
