awesome day today! It was just Casey and me so we got one on one training by amazing coach jake for each round. Really helped. Last november I tried 85# and barely made it, had to go back down. this time finishing with 100 and did a 1 rep max at 105#. Day 17 zoning and feeling really good. My grip is getting better too! I can speed up getting down some so I'll work on that next time. Also will start at 85# :) Pretty pleased with my PR!
