Runs weren't too bad. I kept a steady pace throughout them. every rep of PU's hurt so bad because everywhere on my hands feels like it's gonna rip. So PU's were slow bc of that. Even used 2 reds and 1 purple band. I'll admit they were too easy. but hands hurt way too bad. Plus they kept getting super sweaty.. kinda slipping off bars made it sucky and slow. (had to blow on my hands) Air squats were the easiest. Quick up and down did the trick. Idk why I'm just so slow. Makes me kinda sad. Sigh
