Notes

Felt like i 'redlined' the first 2 rounds, then just tried to stay consistent. Double unders were smooth and unbroken. First 3 rounds of PP were unbroken, then went 6-3. Lunges were unbroken first 2 rounds, then went 8-4, 7-5, 6-6,6-6, 12; rested on my back.
