So let me start by admitting that I had a crappy weekend with zone. Plus I started to feel sick.. Anyways, today I ate like crap 6hours before working out, barely drank any water all day.. and it totally showed in the WOD. Ridiculous. No energy what so ever. Got tired after each rep especially the front squats. Rt shoulder still bothering me, so I couldn't do the jerks. Front squats were killing my lower back. Maybe if you would've zoned you could've done better Marie! And now I notice when I don't zone how shitty I really feel. Uh.. tomorrow. Meal plan time.. No more sucking! oh, and who the heck drinks water during a WOD? I did. today. Wth was I doing?!
