This was HORRID!!! My quads are never going to forgive me! From doing 14.5 2 times, then squatting yesterday...my quads were just not having it! Clean & jerks were unbroken but I had to break up the front squats...my quads were just tired first set was 11/7/3 then 8/7 and the last set of 9 I did unbroken and went right into them after my last jerk...Much love to Nick and Perry for pushing me hard on this one and not letting me be a baby! My quads were trembling afterwards though!
