Still pretty sore from 14.5, and tired from working an extra shift last night til 2 am... just tried to push as hard as I could. First 400m run was good (1:53), the 2nd/3rd runs were definitely slower... 135# deadlifts were 12/9, 12/9, 12/5/4... pull-ups 3's for the 1st round, 2's for the 2nd/3rd rounds, kept the rests short
