Pure death. Fran throat kicked in early. Needed to drive out of the bottom instead of muscling through it. Made my arms way too tired. Never want to do that again.

  • Disappointed to see burpees twice in the open but serves me right for sucking. Pr'd but still horrible. Didn't get fran cough this time. 8-7-6, 7-6-5, 5-4-3, 5-4, 3-3, 3. Barely moved on burpees and rested way too much. wore lifters and wraps. think lifters were a bad idea. feet fell asleep from landing too hard on burpees.
