split was 3:20. 2nd half was slight incline. Felt good to get back on the legs. They were very sore after Friday's overhead squat session. Try 14.2 tomorrow.

  • Ran as part of an attempt to do a 5K today. Stop at mile 2 due to tightness in left achilles. Got bad cramps halfway into mile 2 and slowed to a walk twice, finished both miles in 17:52.
