15# PR, whoop whoop!! Did this after the WOD. Haven't done a max OHS since May 2012 (95# x 2)... no oly's, wore Nano's... 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110. Had to try 110 (3) times, not because of the squat, but couldn't pop it overhead. Wide-grip behind-the-neck jerk felt very foreign and awkward.

  • Practice for Devious Duos... new PR :) 3 x 55, 65, 75, 85, 90... then 1 x 95, 100, 105, 110, 115... Tried 120 (3) times but couldn't lock it out overhead
