It was nice hitting a chipper. Was concerned with ripping my hands on the toes to bar and deadlift. Unbroken on Double unders. Toes to bar started with 25 reps. Then chipped away. Unbroken overhead lunges. Deadlift were only a couple reps at a time. Moved quickly through the hspu deficit & sprinted the burpees. Good stuff.
