Did this with 20# wt vest for runs and air squats. Stuck with fast singles ON mu after round 1. Did all non false grip. Last time in july 2010 did no vest and 5 mu. splits were 457 255 403 637 302 407 724 352 408. RUns felt like running strait up hill 09 games style..
