    Did 4 trips between the legs bend over in the morning with 3x 40kg. Finished with some walking tall with more weight. Later in the day I did 4 or 5 trips down and back walking tall with 3x 40kg. Feels great. did my green back strict chest to bar and got 3x 17. Did my 3x 30reps with 45#. Time to increase.

    2 trips to far fence and back with 20kg and between legs, 2 trip with 20kg&10kg, 1 trip with 2x20kg. 1 trip walking tall with 2x 20kg. Felt good to do these again. Then hit some accessory work. 3x10 vertical jumps 10' target, 3x15 green band chest to bar strict, 3x10 hip extension, then his some seated box jumps, and jumping to feet and built up to 45# bumper & 25# bumper. Solid day. Finished with 3x30reps with 45# db.

    Was dead for this. Only hit 2 trips just there and back. Walking tall. Had to head home. Used 5x45# plates plus 2x25# plates. Total weight of 275# tomorrow I will hit more of those. Brutal. Felt dizzy.

    Dropped to 4 plates with 10 trips today. Will stick with this next time as well and finish the week off with 3 plates and 12 trips. All trips walking tall.

    Bumped it up to 5 plates. Next week 6 plates! 225#s on there today and did 8 trips walking tall. Very tough.

    Used 3x 45# plates plus a 25# plate. Hit 12 trips walking tall. Walked quickly. Got real tough near the end. Ended with some 3 sets of 12 reps on the reverse hyper with 2x35#, 2x25#, 2x10#s each set.

    Did this with 4x 45# plates. Did 10 trips walking tall and as fast as possible. Burning the hammies!!! Felt good and explosive on each step. Next week 5 plates.
