Andrea MillerDeads unbroken and felt much stronger than last time doing this. HSPU felt weak today. Shoulders died and core felt wobbly in the bottom of the tripod 21/10-3-2/4-4-1. Okay with this considering not doing much overhead pressing or HSPU work lately.Sep 09, 2016Shared with public
Andrea MillerGoal was sub 5 and everything unbroken. Stoked I got it!!! HSPU got slow. Rounds 15 & 9 shoulders were on fire. Took a little bit of rest before starting HSPU every round. Overall happy with this right now!Feb 10, 2016Shared with public
Andrea MillerOmg thought my shoulders were going to fall off. Deads were definitely the easy part 11-10, 8-7, 9. HSPU got a few sets of 2 or 3 reps but mostly all singles. Started failing a lot of reps the longer it went on. Had to try for that last rep 3 or 4 times before I finally finished. Andrea MillerStill nursing the back so did light weight on the deads. Modified the rep scheme on HSPU. Did 12-9-6. Failed a bunch of reps on HSPU. Shoulder were on fire. Need to focus on popping the hips more.Dec 02, 2013Shared with public
