    really great wod today... Had every reason to stay in the fear loop. Missed my 2nd clean round one last balance backwards. Then round 2 lost it... almost quit then came up with a plan of action 245 was a great choice. Caught myself in the loop and got out of it. Felt really awesome to win this one.
