  • got all 10 unbroken with 35# kbs on harness! turn out at the bottom for each one...going to try to get an unassisted muscle up on friday...hopefully it happens!

  • first muscle up, baby!!! got up there suuuper easy, struggled on the dip, but finally got it :) I'm SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW! finally got my big booty up there, haha
