Unbroken pull-ups, push-ups were 5-5 first round, 2-2-2-2-2 until round 7. Fighting for each rep after that. Squats unbroken until last round, 10-5. First time doing strict push-ups since shoulder surgery. My shoulder will hate me tomorrow.20:00 AMRAP: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats

Felt ok today. Pull-ups were Butterfly until round 7 until I lost the rhythm and kipped after. Push-ups sucked. Did them in sets of 2. Air squats felt good. Nice to hit this Rx'd this time.10 rounds of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats plus a partial round of: 5 Pull-ups 2 Push-ups 0 Air Squats

Pull-ups were really good, almost C2B all 8 rounds. I don't know why I said I missed push-ups, because I despise them now, last 2 rounds were singles. Did all push-ups with one leg, with my toes between my heel of left foot. Did Good mornings instead of air squats. Sadly I cannot hit Rx'd on this one...8 rounds of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Good Mornings plus a partial round of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 0 Good Mornings
