    Did 85# because that's what I did last time. Barely faster but I did string 5 reps together to start. The rest were all singles. Tried to get right back in the bar. Hardest reps were 20-25

    Thought about doing it rxd but had only done it once before at 70...so I stayed at 85, did it in singles but tried to get right back on the bar. Next time will do it rxd
