1st time RX in a year. Last RX was 12 min plus. Huge improvement. I struggled to string my set of 21 PU (weird) Bottom line is I broke up the trusters too much. Still a huge PR for me.

    I did NOT want to do this today. Just came off of 5 days in Big Bear, ate pizza twice and pancakes and some desert...I went big. Not to mention my stomach was killing me. 13/5/3 thruster 15/6 PU 5-3-3-1-2 thruster 7/5/2 PU 3-2-1-3 thruster 5/4 PU - broke up the set way to much - all mental, I wanted to quit on the 15's. But still got a PR - go figure

    85# to retest from last month. need to improve position. I will get sub 6 at RX in the next 90 days. Side note I think I did 4 PU to many in the round of 21

    got in trouble for scaling the weight. i was told not to and did anyways. 2nd round took all my time. 11/10 in round 1 on thrusters, 15/6 on PU. need to work on my squats and coming out of the bottom.
