  • After the WOD... reps 6 & 7 felt hard for some reason. Once I got that 7th rep, it felt good again. No belt.

  • After the WOD, had Heitman yell at me because I knew it would be hard. I've never been able to pull more than 250# (4 rep max), getting close! Last 3 reps were rough.
