  • Bummed my deadlift has gone down so much but this is the most I've done since injury. Felt good just lots of strength to gain back. 50# PR on back squat - it's been a while and first time since injury. Shoulder still sucks but holding narrower than normal helped a little.

  • 300 club on back squat. Hamstring felt good - making progress there. Re-admittance into 400 club on deadlift - definitely got more but didnt want to risk it. First time post injury. Shoulder on the other hand... Garbage. Need to get that handled still.
