300 club on back squat. Hamstring felt good - making progress there. Re-admittance into 400 club on deadlift - definitely got more but didnt want to risk it. First time post injury. Shoulder on the other hand... Garbage. Need to get that handled still.
Bummed my deadlift has gone down so much but this is the most I've done since injury. Felt good just lots of strength to gain back. 50# PR on back squat - it's been a while and first time since injury. Shoulder still sucks but holding narrower than normal helped a little.
