No Open for me this year :( Not cleared to go overhead yet. 11 weeks post surgery. Subbed 35# dl for g2o. Was too easy but not really supposed to do dl either so kept it light. Burpees gave me Fran cough though so I guess it was a good wod. Splits: 1:07-1:16-1:26-1:29-1:21-1:24-1:30-1:32-1:20-1:19
