Wow that was hard. Pull ups felt good! Might try some with blue band now. Burpees felt ok. Really tried to control movement so there wasn’t any jerking of my shoulder. GHD were extremely hard today. Quads were on fire. Splits: 2:45-3:22-3:37. Update: blue band is not happening yet. Couldn’t even hang with that much weight on shoulder. Maybe next week!
