Notes

Good WOD. Pretty tiring considering I haven't been I'm for like 2 weeks. My wrists were killing me like they used to when I first started CrossFit. Freaking sucked! Double unders were okay.. I just rested too much. Push jerks were actually heavy.. I felt weak with some. Couldn't get fully under it. For next time- Pick up the bar and and go straight into the push jerk. Holding the bar up made me actually THINK about how heavy it was. So just DO IT. Don't think. Also, before the WOD, John showed me some good techniques on how to do pull ups. elbows need to drive down which will help me get higher with the Pull up, because I'm not quite there yet. Suggested I do 2 weeks of strict then try kipping again. Lats def feel sore from negative PU's and holding it up. Good seeing everyone too!! Made my week :)
