  • Something was pinching in my upper shoulder so I stopped at 7 reps, rested a bit and then got 3 more reps. Hurts to keep the bar on my back for 10 reps. Blah.

  • 9 on 5+. could've gotten 10, but my hammies are BLOWN up so i couldn't do the hip drive so i kind of bent in half. this felt lighter than 130#. Felt really good on this
