Dropped back down and working my way back up. Squat felt heavy today. 10 reps was tough. I prefer to lift with more time between waking up and lifting but gotta fit it in when you can.

  • Smashed through this. hit 8 consecutive reps on the set of 10. Had to pause at the top and then finish the last 2. Feeling solid.

  • Had to pause after 6 reps. Battled to finish. Fought hard as heck on the 10th rep. Back was rounded and it was nasty but I nailed it!

  • Weird. Knee not feeling hot but loosened up and hit first 2 sets of 5 reps with no pause. Then hit the 3rd set with no pause for 9 reps. Then lost focus and stopped at the top. Went for the 10th rep and leaned forward. Legs were fine but had to bailed. Unloaded and put it back up and hit it easily for the 10th rep.

  • Did both sets of 5 and set of 10 without pausing at the top. Felt so light tonight. So stoked on the squats. 8 reps were flawless then had to grind for the last 2. Second time with a belt. So much stronger. Core work is helping big time.
