Last did this in January, 32 second PR... I still dread OHS because I never know how my wrists are going to hold up, but they were much better sets today... OHS: 14/7, 8/7, 5/4 (last time I did 10/6/5, 5/5/5, 5/4)... burpees slow but steady... quads were on FIRE the whole time, really feeling yesterday's WOD
