Last did this in January, 32 second PR... I still dread OHS because I never know how my wrists are going to hold up, but they were much better sets today... OHS: 14/7, 8/7, 5/4 (last time I did 10/6/5, 5/5/5, 5/4)... burpees slow but steady... quads were on FIRE the whole time, really feeling yesterday's WOD

  • 21-15-9 OHS and burpees... started RX'd with 65# OHS, dropped to 45# after 6 reps (leg hurt at the bottom of the squat, should have seen it coming after all of yesterday's squats)... in middle of 15's, switched to push press, 20" step-ups, push-ups... frustrating

  • My nemesis: OHS.... Went into this half not caring how long it took, just wanted to do it RX'd. Wrist pain always gets me. Last did this 1.5 years ago with 45# then switched to push press at 15's. Today was a 1:31 PR, RX'd. Did OHS in 10/6/5, 5/5/5, 5/4.
