  • Body position was not where it should of been becuz I was compensating for my right wrist. My wrist getting stronger will definitely improve this movement...

  • Just felt tired and weak today. Felt like I couldn't push out of the squat today... Did more weight the last time and squat felt stronger before.. Missed a couple and made them up at the end. Overall disappointed, just need to continue being consistent....

    Just felt tired and weak today. Felt like I couldn't push out of the squat today... Did more weight the last time and squat felt stronger before.. Missed a couple and made them up at the end. Overall disappointed, just need to continue being consistent....
