Opted to do this solo. Only did 12:30 and half reps. Did 10# DB, knee push-ups and ring rows. Push-ups were sooooo slow. Did them in 2's. took my time so I wouldn't hurt my shoulder. This was the only movement that bothered me. Feels good to be using the shoulder again.

  • Partnered with Val. Even at 5.5 months prego, she still handled me. 1+50+50+24. Did knee push-ups. Push Press was the best movement for me. Pull-ups sucked, but the second round was miserable!! I'm very happy that we did not make it to the push-ups again. Whew!
