Opted to do this solo. Only did 12:30 and half reps. Did 10# DB, knee push-ups and ring rows. Push-ups were sooooo slow. Did them in 2's. took my time so I wouldn't hurt my shoulder. This was the only movement that bothered me. Feels good to be using the shoulder again.

    Partnered with Val. Even at 5.5 months prego, she still handled me. 1+50+50+24. Did knee push-ups. Push Press was the best movement for me. Pull-ups sucked, but the second round was miserable!! I'm very happy that we did not make it to the push-ups again. Whew!
