    Jonathan was being a stickler on form. So I started lighter and stayed lighter to work on locking out better at the top. Hit 130# after but really had to press out at the top. Shoulders are fried this week.

    Felt really heavy warming up. Wanted to start at 115 but knew it'd be too heavy. Was going to stay at 105 but Nick reminded me I could go in the middle at 110. That was a great call. Wrists felt it more than anything.
