  • Jonathan was being a stickler on form. So I started lighter and stayed lighter to work on locking out better at the top. Hit 130# after but really had to press out at the top. Shoulders are fried this week.

  • Felt really heavy warming up. Wanted to start at 115 but knew it'd be too heavy. Was going to stay at 105 but Nick reminded me I could go in the middle at 110. That was a great call. Wrists felt it more than anything.
