  • Good WOD Today. Getting better at getting under the weight. Dark shadow decided that I should PR so we loaded up 195. Andrew decided to make me Join the #200 club so I did. Then Andrew and Dark shadow decided I should do #205 so I did. 8am was spreading BUTTER today!!!! "The more we do the better we Get!!" Pretty Happy!!!

    Good WOD Today. Getting better at getting under the weight. Dark shadow decided that I should PR so we loaded up 195. Andrew decided to make me Join the #200 club so I did.
