Probably should’ve dropped to 50du’s. They were killing shoulder. Sore from yesterday zpress. Dl did 205-255-235-245-255. Didn’t have much time to warm up so started lower and did a bigger jump than last time. Du’s unbroken then tried to hit 60-65 then finish. Breathing was good but tired to give shoulder a break. Made sure to finish by the minute mark. Belt. Last 2 rounds did singles.
