These were not super hard. I just kept pausing after I dipped, which I need to dip and shrug and pull the bar up right after without pausing. There was one shrug that I did and the bar flew up and it felt completely different then all the other reps. maybe that's the right way to do it. (dont know how I did it though) haha. Id like to keep practicing these. Today was fun :)
