  • had the nasty cough after..... Burpee box jumps were slow, at times i felt like i wasnt even moving... Shoe lace came untied during second set of box jumps.

  • First round was rough... Tripped up on the first set of DU :( My first set of snatches were a little weird because I wasnt getting under the bar fast enough. After that ugly round I found my pace and went unbroken on everything. For some reason i felt like i got an extra round?????
