Worked up to a manageable weight that I could catch in the bottom. Next time we will start at 45#s for 2 reps and go up by 5#s until we get to 190#.

  • Worked up from 65# with 2 reps at a time. 2nd rep always felt better. Focused on my speed into the bottom. Good cue for me was pull my knees up. That got me to land much deeper. Shoulders felt great. Up 10#s from the last time I did it.
